Is there an adhesive that will permit a perminant bond between a 1" x 15" flat aluminum extrusion extrusion and a larger flat High Impact Polystyrene Sheet?

Usage Temperature between 20F and 100F.

The part won't see more than a few pounds pull, simply needs to hold the extrusion securely over time. Maximum life about 5 to 10 years.
