You didn't mention how much hydrogen you would like to put into the gas. Proceed cautiously. Hydrogen will lower the specific gravity and heat content of the gas, thus affecting the performance of the burner. Hydrogen also has a much higher flame speed and wider flammability range than methane. Flame stability may be affected, and flashbacks may occur.
Our refinery has exported gas to the public utility and was restricted to maintain hydrogen below 10%. I don't believe 10% is an industry standard however.
