Allowable elongation of A490 structural bolting

Where can I get information on allowable elongation of A490 structural bolting. I have ASTM A490-04a. I have found several sites that have info upto 1-1/2". My situation is for 2" diameter bolts 5'-0" long.

0.00253 inches to yeild and 0.00321 inches to rupture impending.

0.0025" elongation of a 5' long bolt to yeild does not seem correct.
