How can you get the collar part number for AL331-6 Hi-lite? Can I use HL70-6 collar?

I don't believe that 'AL331' is a valid Hi-Lite sequence part number. ALSO, I am completely unfamiliar with the 'AL' prefix on part numbers.
Please attach a copy of the 'AL331' specification-sheet You are referring-to.
NOTE1.
IF this is a valid LISI PN, the upper-RH corner of the spec sheet should show the fastener installed with a COLLAR... and in tiny print, recommended collar PNs... although that's NOT to-say those are the ONLY collars that could be installed.
NOTE2.
LISI Hi-Lite part numbers are 'HLTxxx-*'.. see...

"AL" is "Aero-Lite" ... a copy of LISI/peerless Hi-Lite.
seems odd to want to mix fasteners and collars ? probably that's what they've got on hand. Compare the two specs. Even if "identical" you probably need "proper" engineering to approve the substitution.

This from the HOWMET Aerospace website (which I found by googling "AL331") ...
"Lightweight Threaded Pin
The Aero-Lite pin design features a tapered lead thread that closely matches the mating collar, allowing 1/3 through 1/2 pitch-under-grip performance due to enhanced full-form thread runout."
Mind you the site is very bad at identifying which collars go with which fastener. I couldn't find any collars !?

Rb… I learned something new today... Aero-Lite, hummmmm.
Looks like Howmet is licensed for the Hi-Lok family of fasteners... then developed the Aero-Lite and Very-Lite within the license.
IF this is the case then there is likely commonality between all pins and all collars... although there would be optimum combinations.
I found the Howmet website difficult... never did find any collar specs.

OK OK OK…
HL70 collars are sized to fit on the longer-thread HL shear pins. HL10 PSH Titanium pin is a classic example.
NOTE1
From HL spec sheets...
HL10-6 shear pin has a thread length [B*] = 0.325
HL70-6 has a counterbore + thread depth [L1*] = 0.280
The HL10-6 has ~0.052 longer thread than the HL70 which is allowance for stack-up variations within grip range.
From AL103 spec/drawing sheet for AL331-6 pin [very odd having a spec/drawing sheet number greatly different from the part number]...
AL331-6 shear pin has a thread length [T*] = 0.290... which is only 0.010 longer than the [L1*] for the HL70-6.
This is NOT a suitable match. A lower height collar or nut is required... in-keeping with the Aero-Lite theme... possibly a Hi-Lite aluminum or Ti collar for a shear pin may/may-not work

we both had trouble reading the HOWMET spec for these fasteners ... nothing indicated which collar went with which screw.
You "could" use a standard MS/NAS nut ... this is something we permit at times.
