Anyone here got this pdf book? Pls share. It is a bit outdated. It is aisc 310:1997 Hollow structural section connection manual. I am looking for some formulas in chapter 6 for base plate shear capacity.

Yes, I have this reference. However, Chapter 6 is for tension and compression connections. I don't see anything about base plates in there.
Chapter 7 is for cap plates, base plates and splices.
