What is known as airport mix?
Is it Concrete?

For some that may be the name. Airplanes of large size have high loads and probably pressures. Ideally the mix should be such that displacements and rutting do not occur or at least are minimized. Various groups (such as AASHO) have specs for these uses.

Concrete is a broad term. It includes Asphalt Cement Concrete (AC or ACC) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC).

I was told that Airport Mix is crushed stone with stone dust, sand and silt that compacts and is generally used for used as base material or on driveway applications.

Sounds like driveway paver's propaganda to me - 'It's what they use for airports; it'll be great for your driveway'.

Btw, my comment of "Concrete" was tongue-in-cheek.

ropotto....please provide some context for your question. Airfields have differing load conditions. The plane doesn't always exhibit the highest wheel loads on the pavements. As an example, a Boeing 727 was for many years the "design standard" because it had significantly higher wheel loads than many of the larger planes. Since then we check numerous aircraft loadings because of frequency and loading, particularly is using asphaltic concrete for the runways rather than portland cement concrete.

I believe that it is a confusion in terms, Airport Mix is a term used for crushed stone with stone dust in some regions.
