I'm reproducing aircraft brake rotor segments; the original material is AMS 6385 Rev E, Low alloy heat resistant steel. My problem is finding this material (aprox 1/2" plate). Does anyone know where to get it, or a similar material that could be converted through a change in condition? Thank you

Looking at Stahlschlussel 2004, looks like a Timken specialty steel. They may know who has stock.

Try to search in t MIL HANDBOOK it contains data on very numerous matial used for Aerospce/Aeronautic Sructure

Regards
Minny
