Robert,
Yes I work in a rolling steel mill for ISG. We have air/oil systems which need to be upgraded. I have a working prototype which was built and demonstrated in 1996 and I am building 3 advanced prototypes at present which will detect, monitor, control and very finely atomize each and every drop of oil. If you would like to know more about this device just ask.

Hi,
Hi great to hear from you...

Yes I would like to hear about the possible uses. All persons we have spoken talk about high speed bearings where we want to do low speed Mill bearings.
Yes we would like to know more...the client would like to where possible re-use any of the equipment he now has and to add any part that is required. We too have designed a unit and have tested a unit per mill design in place of a large system for many mills.

Robert,
I replied to your email address and included a picture of the improved lubricator which I demonstrated to the airline sales manager of norgren, Mr. Rick Cavalier, Watts feild sales engineer, George Dean, and Wiley Vogel, President North America, Joe Ahrens on seperate occassions in 1996. As you can see I named the unit watchdog lubricator. Since lubrication is fundamental to mechanical engineering your post will probably generate additional interest.
Thanks
