Please, i need information on how to design an air cooler (its power requirement and fans brake horsepower) to handle natural gas from a compressor to cool it down.
The process information is stated below:
Gas flow rate: 1738 mmscfd
Expected inlet temperature to cooler: 60 deg.C
Compressor Discharge presuure: 1250 psig
Expected outlet temperature from Air-cooler: 45 deg.C
Allowable pressure drop across cooler: 10 psi
Average ambient temperature:30 deg.C
Heat Capacity: 2.601 kJ/kg.degC
Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
