Hello,
What is the best air conditioning system for a desert area, outside temperature 125.6 ° F?
Thanks.

42.8/53.6°F

Desert southwest of the US or the Sahara desert, 125 and dry, your best bet is evaporative cooling, using air washers (direct or indirect) to cool by increasing humidity level (the line follows up to the left on the psych chart), and supplement with yoru standard DX.

Now, if you are in Saudi Arabia/Qatar/Dubai kind of weather with an 83F wet bulb (which I suspect you are) you should be thinking descicant total enthalpy wheels coupled with air cooled equipment.

Note that standard packaged units are normally rated to 115degF outdoor temp. Make sure you contact the vendors when you consider off-the-shelf DX equipment for ambients higher than that.

Some people use misting units on the condensers in really hot and dry, although i've never looked hard at them.
