I'm currently trying to prepare an AGMA spreadsheet for creating a gear pair which will fill certain criteria, namely speed and power transmitted. In order to this i need to have the bending/pitting resistance equations from AGMA in the spreadsheet. To say the standard for calculating the geometry factor for bending is complicated is an understatement. Does anyone know if this type of spreadsheet exists, as the software would be no use as i need individual factors out as a check.
