AFUE Rating - Residential Boiler

Does anyone know of a company and/or companies that perform efficiency testing of residential boilers? The type of boiler in question is an atmospheric gas-fired residential unit in the 80,000 to 120,000 BTU/hr range. Testing needed to determine AFUE rating.
