After installing F-Secure: Analysis Manager can't connect to Quemgr

I've tried a lot, but perhaps not enough.

I get the error:

"Cannot connect to a QueMgr.
Error, msg = 'CONFIG ERROR...
Unable to establish communication with QueMgr', error '-3'"

I just can't find how and where to adjust the F-secure settings.
