Can someone please advise if a 36" aeration stainless steel aeration line has to be register if we pressure test (with air) >15 PSI, In Alberta.
The test is only for 1 hour and it is an outlet for Aeration Blowers

If it needs to be registered, how is this done?

What is the design pressure of the line? What fluid does the line normally have in operation?

75 KPa, no fluid just pushing air through

It is likely that the line is exempt from the regulations. I would engage the services of an engineer experienced in the application of the PESR to confirm that, though.
