Advice On U-Values In Thermal Junctions... I Think I'm Doing It Wrong

Hi, I'm currently trying to make some Junction details with the predicted U-Value (SAP Appendix K). I'm trying to make sure that I've thought of everything (referring to BR443 like a Bible) but I'm getting emails back from some timber frame manufacturer's with similar wall systems with vastly different U-Values. I'm not sure if this is the right place, but would anyone be able to notice any discrepancies with my current calculations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated... If this is the wrong place, where would be a good place to start asking elsewhere. Thank you in advance!
