Advanced Online Tutorials????

Are there any Free advanced online tutorials available for Solid Works? Im looking for complex surfacing? I sat through a web seminar yesterday on surfacing but it moved so fast that i could even see what tools that they were using to create the surfaces, or a technique. Can somebody point me in a direction?
