Advance Print Training

I have put together a set of print training course for the company I work for. The first was the “Basic Print Training” course where I covered the following:
1. CAD used at are company
2. Projection Views (Orthographic)
3. First and Third Angle Projections
4. Line Types
5. Baseline and Ordinate Dimensions
6. Broken and detailed views
7. Clamp and Notch Rotations
8. Auxiliary Views

The econd will be a “Advance Print Training” where I plan to touch back on the basics but having a difficult time coming up with topics. Any advise anyone? I have the following so far?

1. Projection Views (Orthographic)
2. First and Third Angle Projections
3. Line Types
4. GD&T Symbols

Functional dimensioning with correct gd&T. The GD&T class could be a entire class on its own. I do not think "just GD&t symbold" would be sufficient. How to apply it, rules etc. and or what standard you work with.

Yeah, I can touch base on GD&T application and functionally. GD&T isn’t something we use ALOT of

I see your problem. How are you going to expand on concepts such as first- and third-angle projections or line types in an advanced class? It all seems to belong in a basic print reading course, with the exception of perhaps Clamp and Notch Rotations (company specific?) and GD&T.
I would find it easier to expand if it where basic drafting instead of print reading.

I don't see section views in the list, although they belong in the basic class.

Yeah, most of all the information I’m covering is company specific... Just trying to get help from this forum to brain storm topics and agenda's.

Even the short time it’s been on here I've benefited... lol

Perfect! I do need to add section views. We don't get many but we do see them time to time.

Sorry I gave a "section view" reply after you made the statement right before mine
But I do have another tip:
There are some colleges and tech colleges that have instruction on the Internet pertaining to the topic, maybe do a search and see what you can find, so that you can get some hints from there on what direction to go with your instruction.
