Adoption of PoE+, and the impact to PTZ cameras

Hello;

I was curious to know if anyone has a good feel on the current state of adoption for the PoE+ protocol, and if this will have any tangible effect on the design of the movement actuation system on Pan-Tilt-Zoom types of camera mounts?
