Adhesives for difficult substrate combo

Is there any low to med viscosity adhesive (other than hot melt) that will bond to untreated PP, PP based hot-melt adhesive, PC, and Acrylic?
 
There are some adhesive transfer tapes that are supposed to adhere well to low surface energy plastics, such as those you have mentioned. Trying looking up adhesive transfer tape #926 at 3M's web site:
 
My first guess would be a CA (cyanoacrylate) or an acrylic transfer tape that Dave mentioned. You may try using a urethane as a low cost bond.
