If i need to glue Carbon with HNBR Hydrogenated nitrile butadine rubber what kind of glue i need to use to support more then 60 psi of pressure?. Any suggestion?

My first suggestion would be a moisture cure urethane. This will stand an excessive amount of stress. All of the major manufactures have their own brand, and most are approved for the auto industry.
