Adhesive bonding of urethanes

I am trying to bond a thin film polyurethane to a cast urethane (shore A 28-42). I'm looking for adhesive suggestions. The bond needs to be watertight and survive 1-2 psi internal pressure. Any help would be appreciated.

Most urethane glue I have used are basically urethane dissolved in some solvent, aka MEK. You can almost make your own ans spray it on.
