When replacing front turn signals with LED style, what needs to be done to get them to work. They worked fro about ten blinks, then no longer work. Hooked power supply , they are still good. It appears to be a "load" issue with teh system. I do not understand the system operation. What needs to be added to get them to work; ie. a resistor so the the system sees the proper load?

All connections are correct. I have verified with a scope.

A load resistor would probably do the trick. Either that, or a blinker relay set up to work with LED signals. Clear Alternatives is one company that sells those relays, I believe.

I replaced the rears on my bike with an LED, and they didn't stop blinking like yours. They just blink at double the standard rate, which I find acceptable. I didn't want to add a load resistor. You will probably need one that is several watts, and only a few ohms.
