Adding external spreadsheet values from NX

Is there a way to add a value to a spreadsheet from NX file .This is the same spreadsheet i am taking the values from using ug_cell_read ,The spreadsheet is open during the transfer. A journal may perhaps do the trick.

Thanks aluminium2 ....
But instead of "your text here" How can i export specific expression values say p10 or p12 in to the cells
