To insert the name of a Datum plane in a note...
&dtm_<NAME>
Where <NAME>is the name of the Datum Plane you wish to include in the note. The Datum plane if added to a Note appears with its name surrounded by a box;as if it is a 'set datum'. Mind you, the datum plane added to the note is 'read only'. However if you rename it in the model, change will be propagated.
