Adapting 2 speed rangehood motor

I wish to adapt a 2 speed rangehood fan to evacuate air from a small 5 X 5 bathroom.How to connect RED, WHITE, and BLACK leads to 115V AC.

Typically, the white is the common, black is high and red is the low speed.
