I use MS Project for Earned Value Analysis. I am having a problem: for some of my activities, the ACWP is not calculated properly, I mean not the way I would like it to be calculated. The way my project is built, the ACWP should be the same as Actual Costs: actual work x rate.
However, for some of my activities, it is not the case. And when I change the Actual Work, the ACWP does not change for those same activities.
