Acumulators Project - BOP system

Hello Guys,

I need some help, whe are performing an inspection in some acumulators (6.500psi), we noticed that in the Inside Diameter have a Coat (maybe Rilsan) we dont know much about this coat, normally whe use Nickel, anyone have experience with this coat ?

I'm as asking because we need to delivery a scope to our client to define what to do about this...
(Coat again, blasting inside and coat with Nickel...)
