Active suspension force requirement increase by road bumps?

For calculating the force required to incline a car with an active suspension.

In an static scenario its fairly easy, you take the vehicle weight at each wheel when fully loaded.

Dynamically you will need to calculate weight transfer using vehicle center of gravity height and track weight at maximum Gs.
Gs can be either cornering or accelerating/braking.

I'm really confused about bumps.
I guess it depends on bump height and shape.
So what would be a good ballpark estimate for bumps?
Something like dynamic weight transfer +10%, +25%, +30%?

Don't you think the answer will vary a great deal depending on the control algorithm used? How would you work it out for a passive suspension?
