Afternoon all,

When trying to activate a subassembly within a higher level assembly I get the following message...."Please confirm the temporary removal of upper level assembly features".

What is it telling me and how can I find what it is referring to?

Thanks all.

Sid

I think that means there are some upper level assembly cut(s) that are intersecting parts in the sub-assembly that you want to activate. Since these cuts are not active at the level of the assembly you want to work on they need to be temporarily suppressed while the sub-assembly is active. If it doesn't highlight then you will just have to look in the model tree of upper level assemblies for cut features.
