Hi i'm currently using Solid Edge v19, is there a setting to have assemblies open already activated?
Every time i open an assembly i have to manualy active the assembly. i open assemblies directly throught windows exporer by double clicking on the assembly file, i don't open Solid Edge first and then find the assembly to open.

Cheers

On the Open File dialog there are settings to do that, although I can't remember if they are on before V20.

Where would we be without sat-nav?

I'm on ST1, and in order to do what you want, I had to change the options in the open file dialog to have all parts active when opening an assembly, then click on the "Save as Default" button, followed by opening an assembly, and then saving that same assembly. This series of steps seems to have applied those settings to all assemblies from this point on. Now when I double click from Windows Explorer to open an assembly, it opens with all parts active.
