We had shifted ACS 800 -04-320-3+P901 from one manufacturing unit to other. Before dismantling drive is working in good condition. When we installed in other unit and turn on power CDP not communicates with drive no error nothing just showing CDP312 panel v 5.3. So we changed RDCU BOARD with same model number, then it start working but after 3 hr in idle condition this also shown same before no error nothing just initial screen. Again we changed another RDCU board it start working we run the motor without load and kept drive idle without running again same ....
We checked both RDCU board had liquid type, seems board got heat up. We not connected anything from outside to drive only start switch and potentiometer that also for testing near to board.
What would be the reason for this kind of failure.
