Does anyone know if fiberglass resin will bond to acrylic sheets, and if so will it form a waterproof bond under pressure?

ITW Plexus makes a 2 part methacrylate adhesive that is used in boat construction. It is supposed to be good for joining composites and plastics. Try this:

i think you must use methacrylate adhesive for bonding your sheets
