Hi,

We have a label with acrylic adhesive on.
Now we are considering to affix this label on the PCA board (which consists of blank board made of Epoxy resin, FR4 and top coated with ENIG).

I am wondering if acrylic adhesive will create any corrosion to PCA board.

I am trying to take caution because I see some failure created by acrylic adhesive label to polycarbonate material.

Thanks
MK

I don't know what ENIG is, but epoxy/FR4 should not have any issues with acrylic adhesives. Polycarbonate does react badly (crazing/cracking) to a lot of chemicals, and acrylates are one of those.
