This maybe a simple question to ask but in an ISO class 8 pharmaceutical production environment, do you only consider the calculation of the ACPH for a production clean room soley on the supply air (when using the formula ACPH = 60Q/V)? When considering rooms which act as a "sink" (e.g. an airlock), do you consider extraction in the ACPH calculation?
