acid etch colored concrete surface

I need to acid etch a slab but the prep is not perfect, it has swirl marks from the whirlybird. I been buffing with floor buffer and 20 grit. An ideas?

Why do you need to acid etch the concrete floor? I am guessing it is a slab on grade?

Try captive shot blasting (dustless) or dual disc walk behind floor grinder with diamond inserts, eg EDCO from your rental company.
