ACI360-slab on grade_Mn and Mp for plain. What if reinforced?

ACI 360R-06 section 10.3.3 determines moment capacities of slabs as positive and negative where positive means tension at the top.

These expressions are valid I guess for plain concrete.

What if I have steel at the bottom or top?
