ACI Diaphragm History 1

Good day!

i am looking for an ACI 318-71 right now to find if there's a statement there about diaphragms on slabs....But up to know i am still have no luck. When is the time that the ACI included the diaphragm on their book? I am actually looking for the minimum diaphragm thickness of slab and the diaphragm shear computation on that version. I have found a 1971 version of UBC and it seems that there's no statement there regarding diaphragm on slabs

In a quick scan, I see no mention of any diaphragm action for shear values in the Contents, Index, or general text. Only addresses vertical shear as in beams and shear walls, not horizontal shear.

Maybe the shear wall capacity in section 11.16 would be applicable?
