I have seismic g loading's of 0.6g in horizontal and vertical direction per IBC 2003, and this is the only load I have to consider. What load factor do I use for my calculations per ACI 318-05 ?

The seismic demands provided in the IBC are ultimate seismic values. If you are using the allowable stress method within ACI 318, then you would use 0.7E for your seismic. Upvote 0 Downvote
