Does anyone have experience with modelling blowdown scenarios (BDV/RO) with the HYSYS dynamic depressuring utility?

I am attempting to validate the model with an actual plant blowdown case, but the model is predicting a blowdown time of nearly 100% longer (6.3 min actual vs. 11.3 min model). I am using the Relief Vapour Flow Equation, with pressure settings that cause it to be open 100% of the time. All vessel information has been confirmed. The vessel contains a hydrocarbon/water mixture in both the liquid and gas phase.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
