New specs requires:
Maximum hardness value shall not exceed 310HV10 - this is for the Welding Procedure Qualification.

In previous project acceptance criteria was 350HV10

I believe it can be difficult to achieve 310HV10

Do somebody has such as experience..some advise?

I would TQ it.
310HV10 is ok for 22Cr but difficult for 25Cr.

Not sure what your application is but certainly in my field DNV-OS-F101 allows up to 350HV10; you could use this as the basis of your TQ.

Cheers
