Can anyone point me to a standard, document or website that would list acceptable cleaning fluids for titanium?

The standard is ASTM B600 "Standard Guide for Descaling and Cleaning Titanium and Titanium Alloy Surfaces E1-1997 R(1997)" it should give you all you need to know. ASTM's web site is
