Is there any way to have a acceleration field vary from point to point in Ansys Workbench?
My intention is to take data gathered from accelerometers placed on a real world structure and import that into my Ansys model. So if my structure is a trailer, and I have accelerometer readings from all over the structure (front, back and sides), is there any way I can set up ansys to reflect the changing values rather than just running a multiple G load case?
A case with 2g up in the front while a 3g down may be happening in the rear could be a likely scenario.

Thanks,
Sam

Would th CMACEL command work for you? You could put it in a command snippet. Remember, Named Selection in WB = Component in MAPDL. The named selsction must be scoped to a body so that the component will be elements, as required by the CMACEL command.
