Acceleration data comparison between AAR and actual service data

Hi
I have an official data set from AAR which has all positive Max and Min Accelerations with the number of occurances that each set occurs,
however the data I have to compare with is a combination of Positive and negative Max and Min accelerations and its occurances.
How do convert both sets of data such that I dont lose too much in the datas manipulation?

Any help would be great.
