ACAD Express Tools

My ACAD 2004 Express Tools Vol 1-9 are installed, however, it does not show up as a feature under the pull dowm menu of the ACAD drawing screen. Does anyone know the reason?

As I recall, type either the command
EXPRESSTOOLS or EXPRESSMENU to re-establish menus. Shouldn't hurt to try both :)
