In an Aqua-Ammonia solution, what factors effect the absorption rate of the ammonia into the water. ??? What would be the saturation point. ???

Are you looking for a book or something? The answer is it is and equalibrium and kenetics problem and you need lots more data to get an answer to such a question.
 
dcasto is right that you need a lot more info to solve a specific problem. In general the solubility of gases in liquids is inversely related to the temperature and directly related to the partial pressure of the gas.

If you are interested in the details, reading the chapter on refrigeration systems in Ludwig's Applied Process Design for Chemical and Petrochemical Plants, Volume 3, GULF, may be helpful.

In looking back at your previous posts, it seems this is the fourth time you have asked a variation on this question, with most of the others basically telling you that you needed more information.

To be blunt: do you have the background and education to actually do what you're attempting? No amount of advice on here will substitute for an engineering education.

There are not too many companies or engineers around the world that are versed in ammonia absorption refrigeration. You will need the ammonia/water data and work your system from this.

I have done the calculations, but it was a long time back. Some of the process simulation programs should have the ability to work this out.

An aging Design Engineer (mechanical) has found info on this subject very hard to come by on the net or in the land of Aus.

With the initial charge of Aqua-Ammonia being at 30 % NH3, we would assume that the ammonia lost from the fliud contained in the perculator return line, would intensfy the ammonia strength in the system fliud, or merely contribute to a substantial system pressure rise and hence a large partial pressure of ammonia.

Would re-absorption of the ammonia in the absorber still happen at strengths above 30% Nh3 ??
