ABS / CFR Regulations for Overboard Discharge

Do ABS or USCG have regulations citing the proper overboard discharge height for a bilge pump? I have been looking through ABS and CFR and have yet to find any regulations regarding discharge height. Any direction on where I might find some info on this is appreciated.

What type of vessel? There are different rules depending on the vessel type. You can start at 46CFR § 56.50-95
