Hi everyone, someone please tell me what code require that we must design the standby filter in the circulation system for public swimming pool? thank you very much, and sorry about my bad English.

I am not sure exactly what information you are looking for but here are some typical design parameters for the filters that may get you started.

You should be able to recirculate the whole contents of the pool through the filters in 4 hours or less.
Filtration rate is typically 20-40m/hr for a multimedia filter.
It is usual to use multiple cells so that the circulation pump has enough flow capacity to backwash one of the cells with the others off line.
