ABAQUS/Explicit - *.inp imported mesh does not match *.fil import

I keep butting my head against this so I thought it was time to ask for some help...

The problem:
When I import my model into IDEAS to check that I have set up the *.inp file correctly, everything checks out. But once I have run the file and import the *.fil file to view the results the volume, mass, and CG of the mesh are incorrect.

I'm sure it's something simple that I am missing, but I just can't seem to find the problem.

I am using the following units in the *.inp file:
LENGTH : inch
TIME : sec
MASS : lbf-sec**2/in
FORCE : pound (lbf)

Well I finally figured out that the problem is with I-DEAS.
