Abaqus Explicit : Error excessive incremental rotation 1

Hi i'm new here and need some help. i'm busy with a crashsimulation in Abaqus6.10-2 using an Explicit step. It's a simulation where an impactplate hits a bus-chassis

When the models make contact I get this errormessage:

Error in job Lower_impactTEST: Excessive incremental rotation of the elements in element set ErrElemExcessIncrementalRotation-Step1.
Error in job Lower_impactTEST: There are a total of 2 elements with excessive rotations

I already have tried to slow down the speed of the impact plate in the BC but that won't work.

To clarify, Using VUAMP and a general contact interaction all* with self. Mesh = Explicit,Shell
The impactplates are 3D Discrete rigid bodies and the chassis made out shells.

Can somebody help me? If you need more information just ask
