Abaqus error message on model analysis

OVERVIEW

I am putting together a structural model that includes materials such as steel and concrete with a elliptical kind geometry. The steel rig restrains the concrete ring from shrinking as a result stresses are developed in the concrete ring which leads to failure and cracks begin to propagate.

ERROR MESSAGE

"KEYWORD CARDS FOR STEP DEPENDENT INPUT MUST APPEAR THE FIRST*STEP CARD"

This is what appears whenever i submit my prescribed model for analysis. Please i will appreciate any ideas on how to navigate through this challenge.
